Q) How do I purchase a VIP Experience? 

A) VIP Packages are available through the venue's website. Please visit our Tour page for ticket links. 

Q) Who should I contact if I haven't received information regarding the VIP Experience?

A) If you have not received information regarding your upcoming VIP Experience please email: info@onemoretimevip.com.

Q) What time should I arrive?

A) For the On-Stage Experience and Meet & Greet Packages, ‘be prepared to be on site approximately 2 hours before doors to participate in the soundcheck experience, exact timeline details will be sent close to show date.

Q) Can you take photos with an individual band member? 

A) Due to time restrictions, guests will be part of a group photo with the band members. 

Q) Can I bring items to be signed by the band, if so what items can I bring? 

A) All VIP packages include a limited-edition BEAT tour poster autographed by all four band members. Due to time restrictions, the band will not be able to sign additional personal items during the VIP experience.

Q) Since the Meet & Greet Experience is before the show, can we leave the venue for dinner?

A) Re-entry policies vary by venue. Once the VIP experience has begun, some venues may not allow guests to leave and re-enter. We recommend planning accordingly and checking your specific venue’s policy before the show.
